Training: At Your Home, At Your Gym, or Outdoors
Sean has all of the equipment you need to have a quality workout in your own home and will bring it all directly to you. He can also meet you at your gym or you can train at the local gym that he attends.
Training for All Ages
Sean Nagle is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. Sean has extensive knowledge to competently train all age groups. He has worked with various special populations and all age ranges.
Individualized Training Packages Offered
All training packages are completely customized to fit your fitness needs. Packages range from a "Motivator Package" which includes one training session per month to a six-month/ five days a week personal training deal.
